This website is operated by Amara Collaboration Oy ("Amara", "we", "us"), organiser of the Sahara Alchemical Journey. If you have questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us at info@amara.fi.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you actively share with us: your name, company, email address and any message you write in our contact or brochure forms. We do not buy or enrich personal data from third parties.
3. Why we use it
We use your information to reply to your request, send the brochure you asked for, and follow up personally about the journey. We do not use it for automated advertising or profiling.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use a minimal set of cookies and local storage entries: one to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice, and basic analytics to understand how the site is used. We use Lovable Analytics to collect anonymised, aggregate data such as page views, traffic sources, and device types. This helps us improve the site and is not used to identify you personally. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run this site and communicate with you (for example our email provider). We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed to respond to you and, where you become a participant, to run the journey and meet our legal obligations.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@amara.fi and we will respond within a reasonable time.
